This is an elite unit that is sure to impress. It has recently been updated with granite counters, new tile floors, blinds, plantation shutters and new carpet. This is a high end unit with the best bay view on the Sandestin resort. A beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath town home just 5 steps away from Choctawhatchee Bay. The master bedroom has a sitting area that is surrounded with plantation shutters. This bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and has its own bathroom with a double sink vanity. The second bedroom has two extra long twin beds and the living room has a sofa sleeper to accommodate a few extra guests. This unit boasts 1400 square feet (all on one floor, but there are step-up and step-down portions), a screened in porch and has sweeping views of the bay. This home is within walking distance to The Links golf course, the Linkside Conference Center and Pool, the Sunset Bay Cafe, and the Linkside Pub. If Gulf front is too expensive then enjoy Bay front. This unit is super clean and we intend to keep it that way!
ABOUT COPPER MOUNTAIN: Known as the "Local's Favorite," Copper Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in Summit County. It is also the only ski resort that features naturally separated terrain, allowing beginners, intermediates, and experts to ski and ride on their own distinct areas of the mountain. Its central location (situated between Breckenridge/Keystone to the east and Vail to the west) makes it ideal for the guest who wants to get out and enjoy other resorts as well.
With 2433 acres of skiable terrain, Copper Mountain is the biggest and least crowded mountain resort area in Summit County, Colorado. Despite being the biggest, it has the least amount of lodging units available which is the main reason for Copper's un-crowded lifts and runs. With its naturally divided ski terrain that separates skiers by ability across the mountain, Copper has been called "the most nearly perfect ski mountain in the United States" by the Forest Service.
It’s also known as the Local’s Favorite. Perhaps that’s due to Copper’s long, steep mogul runs, or its ample above-timberline open bowl skiing. True ski-in, ski-out unit within steps of the American Eagle Lift.
